Mitsuki looked worried for a split second.  However soon she found her way into his outstretched arms and hugged him back.

2
Mitsuki fell quiet and looked down.  "I can't say I'm surprised we hurt you. I know I did.  Honestly I deserve to be hated, I wouldn't blame you."  She sighed.  "I want to be your friend, I really do.  I would want to do nothing more than make things right."

3
Mitsuki looked down quietly as he spoke.  Slowly she nodded.  "Yeah, I guess that's exactly what happened.  Although...she might have held out a bit better than I did.  I didn't question.....at all.  I was convinced what I was doing was the right path."  She murmured softly.

4
Mitsuki's heart sank as the question was asked.  She knew it would come eventually, the path she didn't want to talk about.  She bit her lip and sighed.  "I.....I knew what you said....before I went, and those words made sense to me.  However, there was part of me.....a big part of me....that felt weak.  That felt like all I was good for was patching people up.  I went out to train...and....after talking to....."  She went quiet for a second.  She had talked to Nicolina, but for some reason she was wary to tell Nero this.  "It just....it gave me the power that I thought I was missing.  At the time....I thought it was the right thing."

5
Mitsuki looked down again.  "W-well I'm glad that you aren't too bad off.   Me?  I've p-pretty much just been resting and healing up.  I-I can't really get out for much....."

6
Mitsuki was sure she could probably cut the tension with a knife as the two of them walked.  Her mind spun, what kind of small talk could she start with the two of them.  Would outright apologizing be the best way to approach?  Did he still want to kill her.  Quite sure she couldn't just not talk, she fumbled over her words.  "H...How are you?"

7
She bit her lip lightly and nodded nervously, heading in the direction of the grocery store.  "O-okay then.  I just need to get a few things at the grocery store."

8
Mitsuki hesitated for a second, before giving a small nod and looking up at him.  "O-okay.  If you want....I certainly don't want to be a bother...."

9
She nodded softly looking down.  "Yeah....I'm shopping.  Mom and dad were not happy in the slightest at me being gone.  They.....pretty much have me on house arrest.  I...I'm only out because they can't get to the store today.....and we needed groceries."  Her eyes remained cast downward, sneaking a glance or two at him.  His last words to her still ringing in her ears.

10
Mitsuki nodded softly, and fumbled softly taking the paper from his hand.  "I....It is."  His tone sent a shiver down her spine.  She knew he hated her, she couldn't blame him as she deserved it.  As he waved and looked away a knot twisted in her chest.  "H....hey......"  Her voice came out meek, much the opposite of her normal air.

11
Her eyes trailed up to the paper.  Caught in familair hands, she knew the face that would be watching her.  Her whole body tensed up as her eyes plummeted to the ground.  Her stomach twisted into a knot and all the air rushed from her lungs.  In her panic, all words failed her.

Finally getting near the grocery store Mitsuki slowed her pace, fumbling for the shopping list in her pocket.  Just as she pulled it out she heard the sound of a firework.  Dropping the list at the sound, she turned to see if she could pinpoint it.  AS the list threatened to escape she sighed figuring it was just a kids prank and chased after the piece of paper.

The street was crowded for the afternoon.  Busy shoppers out on errands, business people who had wandered out to catch a bite to eat in the frenzy of the day.  Amidst the throngs of people, a flash of teal hair bobbed along.  Mitsuki sighed as the crowds pushed past her.  It was nice to be out of the house, but there were too many people.  However her parents were at work, and they had asked her to pick up groceries.  Its not like she could say no, she was still grounded.  Deep teal eyes darted around as she made her way through the shops.

Laughing softly she nodded.  "That might be for the best, I really don't need more time on my sentence......"

She rolled her eyes lightly.  "You were so insistent, I figured it was an inevitability."
