Claudia stood up, picking up her cup "Nero perhaps you would like to accompany me to the kitchen, give my husband and son time to catch up with Nicolina." she said.

She took his hand and smiled. "Now then Panda, perhaps you would like to explain to me why you decided running away from home, to live with some boy was a good idea." Alexander said, shooting a glare at Nero. She sighed "I...just had to leave. I was going through some things and fortunately for me I met Nero and he's mostly helped me. Don't worry I'm not in any kind of illegal trouble or doing gang work or whatever else you and Dante can come up with. I'm just...a lot happier living with Nero." from her side Dante rolled his eyes, since he knew the truth he stayed quiet.

Claudia smiled "Your aura seems much brighter Nero, I can assume it is due to having Nicolina back from her trip. Though yours is a bit grayer than normal Nicolina, I do not know what has happened but it has darkened you somewhat, but I'm sure Nero will brighten it up again."

Before he could reply the door swung open and Nicolina came out into the hallway. "Mom told me to tell you to come inside for tea and to stop scaring Nero." she said, smiling. A smile broke out on his face and he quickly swept her up into his arms "Panda! You never come home, you've made me and Dnate so worried. Here I find you living with some ruffian who your mother claims is delightful, which I doubt." he rushed out, tightening his arms around her.

"I'm fine dad, I was very busy so I didn't have time but Dante came to check on me, I'm not living with a ruffian. I'm living with my boyfriend, mother is never wrong...and don't call me Panda!" she blushed but hugged him back. "Ignore my father, he's honestly a big softy who likes to act tough." she wiggled down out of his arms and began pushing them inside. "You and your mother need to stop telling people that." he muttered with a pout.

He pushed off the wall "Now then boy lets have a quick chat before we join the others inside." he said, he reached past him to shut the door. "I am Alexander Nyx, Claudias husband, ex military and more importantly Nicolinas father. I don't know what you did to seduce my baby panda to live here but i'm here to find out. You may have charmed my wife but you won't be fooling me.

As time was going late into the morning a loud banging sounded from the front door to the apartment. "Open this door right now!" Dante shouted. Nicolina was in the kitchen cooking breakfast, ignoring the shouting as she hummed and made a pot of tea.

She shook her head "I don't know, it's just...working together never ends well." she shrugged and tightened her arms around him.

"We are all so different , personality and pasts. The only thing binding us are these powers and that isn't enough. We are easily swayed and turned against each other making it easy to be taken down." she said, yawning softly. "I feel as though more terrible things will come to pass and I don't think we will be ready to face it."

She shrugged "In case Roka or someone else decides to take refuge here...though I suppose me and the Day Bird have gone and upset him. Or if I feel like sleeping in there." she answered, closing her eyes.
